Two weeks, at a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins. If a pilot is worth building, we quote it at a fixed fee in writing and you decide whether to go ahead. A Private AI Pilot, for example, starts from A$38,000. Prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST.

What do we have at the end of the two weeks?
A report and a presentation to your leaders: a ranked shortlist of use cases, a baseline and a target for each, a view of data readiness, estimated build and run costs, a risk and governance check, and a 90-day roadmap with stop criteria. If a pilot is worth building, you also receive a fixed quote for it in writing.
What do you need from us?
A sponsor who can make decisions, time with the people who do the work in scope, and samples or descriptions of the data involved. Access and confidentiality are agreed in writing first, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
What if nothing is worth building?
Then the report says so, with the reasons. We do not promise a return. We show you what the numbers say, so you can fund a build, change course or stop.
How is this different from the free AI readiness check?
The AI readiness check is a ten-question self-assessment that suggests where to focus. The sprint is two weeks of work on your own processes and data, with costs and a roadmap you can take to your board.
